Synopsis:
Rookie cameraman Fred Hopper gets a job with the help of two veterans, Matt Carson and Tom Starr. Hopper is secretly a Nazi spy sent to photograph secret war factories. Hopper, aka Fritz Hoffner, also tries to set up Batman for his assassins. Batman suspects a link between the cameramen and the assassins. He keeps close watch on the factories and soon runs into Hoffner and his men. Batman and Robin escape a death-trap, then track the Nazis to their hide-out. Batman then finishes smashing the spy ring.
