Synopsis:
While Travis Morgan prepares to host a summit of the Skartaris city-states, Jennifer Morgan and Power Girl continue their battle with Azmyrkon. The demon has assembled two parts of a scepter which can focus his power to cause greater destruction. The women find the third piece first, but they are unable to defeat him. Finally Jennifer gives Azmyrkon the third piece. The demon is then caught offguard when Power Girl grabs the completed scepter from his hands and uses it to destroy the demon.

As delegations arrive for the conference, Travis Morgan waits anxiously until Machiste and Tara arrive from Kiro. Tara embraces the Warlord with open arms, but Machiste still holds a grudge for Morgan's tryst with Mariah.
