Synopsis:
Johnny Thunder witnesses a window washer fall from a building. Before hitting the ground, the man disappears. Johnny enters the building and learns that a jeweler is missing a rare ruby. The window washer then enters and claims Johnny is a crook and stole the ruby. A phony policeman apprehends Johnny and takes the ruby which has fallen into Johnny's hat.

The crooks take Johnny for a drive, then throw him off a cliff. He survives and follows them back to their garage. Johnny is caught again, but his luck allows him to get loose and stop the crooks. He then returns the ruby to the jeweler.
