Synopsis:
Tex and Bob take a vacation on a dude ranch. They help rancher Enid Okeley and her father after someone tries to kill them. Tex learns that banker Jasper Weston has been trying to buy their land. He questions Weston, but doesn't learn anything. After their meeting Mr. Okeley is kidnapped. Tex rescues him and proves that Weston is responsible. The banker was trying to ruin Okeley to get his land cheaply. He knew about valuable mineral deposit on the land that would have made him rich.
