Comments:
This story continues in New Teen Titans #37.

Synopsis:
Starfire, Wonder Girl, and Changeling defeat a super-villain known as Sunburst in the skies above New York. The battle is witnessed by a businessman who gets an idea to frame the Titans for murder. Using technology created by his company, the businessman dons an armored costume and becomes the Wildebeest.

The Wildebeest then begins a series of robberies. Whem the Titans move in to stop him, he leads them to a robot wearing an identical costume. He then slips away and allows Starfire to destroy the robot. During a second encounter, the Wildebeest utilizes the same plan, but this time Nightwing is injured and must be hospitalized.

Raven stays behind with Nightwing, while the other Titans have a third meeting with the Wildebeest. This time when Starfire fires upon him, a real man is inside the suit, not a robot. Everyone believes that Starfire killed him, and the Titans are arrested for murder.
