Synopsis:
The Question is fished out of the river by Lady Shiva and taken to Tot to recover. His survival is extraordinary as he spent ten minutes underwater and was shot in the head. However Shiva was able to revive him.
When Sage has recovered enough to walk he follows Shiva's instructions to visit a remote location. He meets Richard, a man confined to a wheelchair, who serves as Sage's trainer. Sage eventually recovers enough to return to civilization.
Sage resumes his role as the Question. He then enters the estate of Mayor Wesley Fermin to confront Reverend Hatch.
