Synopsis:
Cyborg witnesses the abduction of Starfire by three Soviet heroes at S.T.A.R. Labs. He chases their van and successfully rescues his teammate. Red Star, Hammer, and Sickle escape. Later, Hammer and Sickle reveal that Red Star has been branded a traitor in his own country and that they have been sent to kill him. Leonid fights off their attack and returns to S.T.A.R. to request aid from the Titans.
Hammer and Sickle then attack S.T.A.R. Labs to complete their mission. The Titans and Red Star defeat them. However, the Soviets claim diplomatic immunity preventing them from being held. Although Hammer and Sickle are returned home, Red Star is prevented from doing so because of political conflict within his own government.
