This story is a parody of EC horror comics.

Metamorpho is named Hickey in this story. Baron Bedlam is Mr. Costmeyer. Java is a health inspector.

Synopsis:
At a butcher shop, Hickey the janitor feeds scraps to the dogs outside while the owner Mr. Costmeyer meets with a health inspector. The inspector tells the butcher that he has evidence that shows Mr. Costmeyer has been selling tainted meat. Costmeyer then kills the inspector and butchers his body.

That night, Costmeyer awakens to the sounds of howling. He rushes to the shop where Hickey explains that he fed the scraps to the dogs again. These scraps were the inspectors body. The dogs then burst into the shop and attack Costmeyer.
