Moral Stand Chapter Five

This story is continued from Action Comics Weekly #604 and continues in Action Comics Weekly #606.

Synopsis:
Wild Dog is shot while attempting to save a truck targeted by a team of fire bombers. His body armor protects him, and he kills the bombers. The driver then contacts police, but before they arrive on the scene the bodies have been removed. Jack believes that the bombers are mercenaries recruited by B. Lyle Layman. His suspicions prove to be correct when Layman invites Jack, who has been infiltrating the group, to join the team.
