Comments:
This story is continued from the second story of Steel #3 and continues in the second story of Steel #4.

Synopsis:
After visiting Dr. Giles in the hospital, Steel pays a call on newspaperman Edward Runyon. He tries to convince Runyon to stop printing isolationist stories in his paper. Runyon grudgingly agrees with the persuasive help of Kathy Kulhammer. In return, Steel agrees to pursue the Gadgeteer, without knowing that Runyon has no intention of keeping his end of the bargain.
