Eden: Part III
This story is continued from Firestorm, the Nuclear Man #78.
Synopsis:
After an attack by the Renamos guerrillas in East Africa, Firestorm has formed with an additional persona, Jama, an African man wounded in the attack. The Renamos have taken Ed Raymond, relief worker Sister Agnes, and other natives prisoner. Ed tries to escape, but he is forced to surrender to protect Sister Agnes. Firestorm arrives in time to save him. The more savage Firestorm nearly kills the leader of the Renamos, but Sister Agnes talks him out of it. He does free the prisoners and destroy the guns.
When Firestorm splits, Jama dies from his wounds. Ronnie and Mikhail both mourn his loss. Ronnie returns from his trip to Africa determined to make a difference in the world both as Firestorm and in his civilian identity.
