Synopsis:
Mr. Ghool escapes jail and tries to sabotage construction of a skyscraper. Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy try to stop him, but the crook succeeds in scaring most of the workers away. Finally the duo catch Mr. Ghool, when he tries to blow up the structure. They learn he had loot buried on the lot prior to construction, and he wanted to retrieve it.
