Synopsis:
Pat Dugan dreams of being attacked by short moon-faced men. He relates the dream to Nemo Morfis, a man who claims to be able to make dreams come true.
Later, Japanese spies dressed like the moon-faced men kidnap John Pemberton. They also capture Stripesy and demand secret documents in Pemberton's possession. Stripesy dream appears to be coming true, when the Star-Spangled Kid arrives.
The Kid avoids shots from the spies and frees Stripesy. Then together they apprehend the spies and expose Morfis. Morfis had told the spies about Dugan and set up the scenario in order to steal the documents. Unlike in Dugan's dream though, the Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy prevail.
