Synopsis:
After successfully aiding the United Planets on the planet Shakarta, the Wanderers are contacted by a liaison official named Contact who dispatches the team to the world Medtoria. On this world, a fanatical religious belief in their society has triggered the arrest of scientist Jalaleo, who has been working an anti-aging experiments. The UP wants the research.

When the Wanderers arrive on the planet, Jalaleo has already been convicted and sentenced to death. He is shot by a guard, but Re-Animage revives him. The resurrection violates the Medtorian belief that the primary life is meaningless, so they arrest him.

While the other Wanderers seek a way to break their teammate out of the Medtorian prison, Jalaleo begins taking hostages. He believes his resurrection has robbed him of his soul and intends to kill others to send them to the afterlife of heaven.

Psyche and Quantum Queen break Re-Animage out of jail. He then enters Jalaleo's lab. To save the lives of the captured Medtorians, Re-Animage shoots Jalaleo, killing him. Unfortunately, he does this too late to save the research, which the scientist has burned.
