Synopsis:
Rafael is shot at by border patrol agents. He attempts to save the life of Israel, the boy who crossed the border with him, but he fails. After he gets away safely, El Diablo seeks justice. He tracks down the border agent who fired upon him, Gagliardi. The man feels guilty and kills himself. Next, El Diablo seeks out the coyote who betrayed him at the border. He tries to get the people to help him, but instead their attention is caught drawn to a nearby cock fight. They ignore the injustice around them.
