Synopsis:
Slam and Shorty witness two men steal a package from an older man. They pursue the men and retrieve the package. When they return it, the older man Gerald Whicky explains that the package contains money with which he was using to pay off the crooks.

Slam and Shorty follow Whicky back to his house where they learn that a voice on the telephone has been making threats to Whicky. When Whicky doesn't pay, shots are fired into his house. Slam discovers that the rifle used to fire the shots is hidden inside a mobile telescope. Slam exposes the crooks and ends the extortion racket.
