Synopsis:
Bobo visits the race track with his friend Alice Langston while Sheriff Chase tracks down racketeer Danny Sharp. Bobo befriends Alice's racehorse Jubilee. When crooks try to kill the horse Bobo protects him. The crooks chase Bobo, but he keeps them busy until Sheriff Chase can arrive. After they are captured, one of the crooks is identified as Danny Sharp.
