Synopsis:
Bobo picks up trash around the streets of Oscaloosa in an effort to win a contest held with his group the Secret Seven. The person, or chimp, that collects the most trash wins a prize. Two crooks lose a letter that will allow them to steal twenty thousand dollars. When Bobo picks up the letter, the crooks try to take it back. A chase and fight ensues with Bobo winning. The crooks are arrested, and Bobo wins the contest for collecting the most trash.
