Synopsis:
Slam and Shorty watch a barker sell Speedo, a tonic that increases the speed of a snail. Slam recognizes the man as Jackpot Jenkins, a gambler. When he tries to intervene, Jenkins runs. Slam tracks him down again, but he and Shorty and captured. A horse nearly kills them, but Slam acts like a dog which frightens the horse. Slam and Shorty the capture Jenkins who was using the Speedo to fix a horse race.
