Synopsis:
British Intelligence asks Congo Bill to locate a secret German U-boat base. Bill searches the coastline and is shot down by enemy fire. He ejects in time to infiltrate the base disguised as a German soldier. He then radios his position to the British and summons a bombing raid. Bill is caught by the enemy soldiers, but the arial attack gives him a diversion, so that he can escape. After the base is destroyed the British congratulate Bill for a successful mission.
