Synopsis:
A vagrant discovers a time machine hidden in the woods. Inside he finds a belt with strange powers. Using the powers of the belt, he becomes a criminal, calling himself Mr. Dimension.

The Challengers arrive to battle Mr. Dimension. The crook uses the belt to transform Rocky into a two-dimensional man. Rocky continues to fight until he is restored to normal, but Mr. Dimension escapes.

When they encounter Mr. Dimension again, Red and Prof are turned two-dimensional. Rocky is changed into a child by another of the belt's powers. Ace is aged into an old man, but he manages to stop Mr. Dimension. Using the belt, Ace reverses the effects of its power. A time traveler soon arrives to retrieve the belt, taking it back where it belongs.
