Synopsis:
While flying over the ocean, the Blackhawks witness an island rising from underwater. They land and discover a group of people living inside the island. The people are Chinese and have lived there for 700 years. Chop Chop befriends the leader Li Huan, but a rebel group tries to use the Blackhawks to take over the government. The Blackhawks help thwart the coup, then escape the island before it once again sinks into the ocean.
