Synopsis:
While the Blackhawks are apprehending the Skyscraper Gang, two crooks capture Chuck. One of the crooks disguises himself as Chuck and returns to Blackhawk Island. He creates a lab explosion which apparently kills Blackhawk. However, the lab chemicals cause Blackhawk to become invisible and immaterial.

Blackhawk follows the phony Chuck and learns that he plans to kill the rest of the team. Blackhawk exposes himself to more chemicals which eventually turn him back to normal. He regains form in time to prevent the phony Chuck from killing the rest of the team. Finally they rescue the real Chuck.
