Synopsis:
Superman finds a boy in a crashed spaceship. The boy has no memory, but he does have super-powers. Superman names him Skyboy and takes him as a junior partner.
Batman and Robin investigate some copper thefts committed by super-powered thieves. They suspect that Skyboy may be working with them. When Skyboy’s fingerprints match those found at the crime scene, he appears to be responsible.
Superman manages to restore the boy’s memory. Skyboy is Tharn, the son of a lawman from the planet Kormo. He came to Earth following the copper thieves. All fingerprints on his world are identical explaining the evidence found by Batman. Together with Superman, Skyboy rounds up the thieves and returns them to his planet.
