Synopsis:
Alan Scott and Doiby Dickles travel to South America to check on a radio site that is having problems. Foreign agents have incited a civil war in the country, forcing Alan to take action as Green Lantern. Doiby is captured as a spy, but GL saves him. He rounds up the foreign agents; they then confess that they were merely using the rebels. With the civil war threat ended, Alan and Doiby return to America.
