Synopsis:
A new crime wave begins in Star City. All the crimes use time as a motif and are being committed by the Clock King. Green Arrow and Speedy are called in to help, but the crime spree continues.

Finally the archers locate the crook and follow him. He leads them into a trap in which they are stuck inside a giant hourglass. Green Arrow is able to escape using a suction cup arrow, and then the bowmen catch the Clock King.
