Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy repeatedly rescue Fred Jenkins from danger. Jenkins is trying to raise money for his son's operation and is taking dangerous jobs testing inventions. Dr. Davis, a criminal scientist, hires Jenkins to use a Cliff Climber to break into an estate. Jenkins refuses, forcing Davis to try and kill Jenkins. Green Arrow was keeping tabs on Jenkins and saves the man in time. Then he arrests Davis. The reward for Davis’s capture is enough to pay for the operation.
