Synopsis:
Stanhope student Donna Storm makes plans to become the best student on campus by cheating on her schoolwork. Linda Danvers learns about Donna using her super powers, but can't reveal Donna's secret from fear of revealing her dual identity. Instead Linda helps the other students outperform Donna by assisting them as Supergirl.

Donna decides to get Linda kicked out of school by framing her for theft. Linda can't prove her innocence when authorities find the valuables in Linda's room. Linda is then kicked out of school. She then asks Shrinking Violet of the Legion of Super-Heroes for help. Violet alters a recording device in Donna's earrings. When Donna gloats, revealing how she framed Linda, her voice is transmitted all over campus. Donna's confession clears Linda, who is reinstated. Donna is then expelled from school.
