Synopsis:
Liberty Belle follows a group of spies to the town of Stackville. She meets a group of girl volunteers who are trying to help the war effort. One girl, Joan Marsden, has refused to join the group. Joan's father owns a munitions factory which is the target of the spies. Libety Belle stops the spies from stealing secret factory plans. In doing so she inspires Joan to join the war effort.
