Synopsis:
Beings of incredible electric energy attack the world laboratory. The creatures pulverize several strange Venusian rocks before Ultra can defeat them. Scientists believe the rocks contain a powerful form of energy, so Ultra goes to Venus where the rocks were found.

On Venus, Ultra encounters machines built from the strange rocks and controlled by Dr. Dynamo. The machines are used for crime, so Ultra tracks down Dynamo's hide-out. Dynamo uses a de-molecularizer on Ultra which changes him back to Ace Arn. Ace is forced to reverse the machine to get his Ultra powers back. He then defeats Dynamo, but the machine which could have cured him is destroyed in the process.
