This story is continued from Justice League Europe #3.

Synopsis:
After learning that the Queen Bee is responsible for discrediting the team in Europe, four members of the Justice League infiltrate her home country of Bialya. Metamorpho scouts her headquarters and discovers that she is working with a Dominator scientist who has enhanced the powers of Jack O'Lantern. When the League tries to approach, Jack O'Lantern confronts them, but he is defeated. Eventually a truce is called. The Queen Bee agrees to end her efforts to discredit the team, and the League promises to stay out of Bialya. As part of the agreement, the Queen Bee must also sever ties with the Dominator, so she kills him.
