Synopsis:
Space Ranger and Cryll visit the planet Gnarr which has been plagued by a series of catastrophes. Space Ranger discovers his old foe, Dr. Elektro, is responsible for the disasters. Elektro escapes the planet, leaving only one clue for Space Ranger to follow.

The clue leads Space Ranger to art collector Reil-Sah of Saturn. An item from his collection was recently stolen. However, only the collector knew where the item was. Space Ranger then finds a member of Elektro's gang with a group of Gnarrians. He disguises himself as one of the Gnarrians in order to find Elektro.

Space Ranger is led to Elektro's hide-out where he learns that the scientist is using the Gnarrians as mind-readers. His disguise is exposed, but Cryll's timely arrival prevents him from being killed. Space Ranger then captures Elektro and destroys the device with which the Gnarrians were enslaved.
