Synopsis:
Safecracker, Dial-Finger Maloney steals a treasure map from a museum safe. The underworld starts a war over possession of the paper. A gang leader named Tattoo acquires the map which requires a great archer to find the treasure. He sets a trap and captures Green Arrow and Speedy.

Green Arrow is forced to shoot an arrow at a specific location. The arrow will reveal the hiding spot of the buried treasure. If he does not cooperate with the crooks, they threaten to kill Speedy. Green Arrow double-crosses the crooks and rescues his partner. After the crooks are beaten, Green Arrow finds the treasure, which is revealed as worthless indian wampum.
