Synopsis:
Circus showman Smash Dixon discovers a secret valley of dinosaurs. He captures and trains one of the creatures for his circus which is an amazing success. Big game hunter Basil Harkness questions Dixon to find the location of the valley. Harkness wants to hunt the dinosaurs. Dixon is forced to tell him, then asks Green Arrow for help.

Green Arrow arrives in the hidden valley in time to save Harkness from a dinosaur. Bullhead Beale and his gang of crooks also try to hunt the dinosaurs for profit, so Green Arrow is forced to fight them. Harkness helps in the capture of Bullhead, which earns him first prize in his hunt club's annual awards.
