Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy are honored with statues in the Criminology Hall of Fame. A criminal known as Greenface robs the museum and lures the archers to an Underworld Hall of Fame. Greenface has a trap waiting for Green Arrow as the statues within begin shooting. Green Arrow avoids being shot and destroys the statues.

Greenface falls on a sharp piece of rubble in the melee. Thinking that he is going to die, he grabs one of Green Arrows arrows and makes it look like Green Arrow shot him. Later, Greenface awakens in the hospital, surprised that he is still alive. Green Arrow informs him that the wound was superficial and his plan to frame Green Arrow for murder has failed.
