Synopsis:
Smallville begins a celebration to honor Superboy. During Superboy Week, Superboy meets many people with whom he has previously shared adventures. He also performs special tasks for a select few contest winners. One of the winners is Booster Sims, a crook who got away with stolen money. Sims tries to get Superboy to destroy the money. In so doing, Sims wants the Treasury Department to replace it with unmarked bills. Superboy thwarts the scheme and apprehends Sims.
