Synopsis:
The Blue Boys are invited to a Haunted House for Halloween. All the children attending the party have on Little Boy Blue costumes. When a ghost appears the children are frightened, but the real Blue Boys go into action. Tubby and Toughy suddenly disappear when the lights go out. Little Boy Blue finds them downstairs where crooks have them held captive. The boys defeat the crooks, who have been using the house as a hideout and using ghosts to frighten people away. The boys are then forced to flee as the other children attempt to find out the boys' real identities by removing their masks.
