Synopsis:
A gang of crooks tries to frame Tommy Rogers in order to discredit the district attorney. Tommy is invited to a party by one of the crooks who is disguised as a girl. The crooks then frame Tommy by planting jewels on him. The Blue Boys have followed Tommy to the party and interrupt the scheme. They capture the crooks and clear Tommy.
