Synopsis:
Ronnie Vandewater, a friend of Tommy Rogers, runs away from his overprotective mother and joins the circus. When he is reported missing, the circus acrobats send a ransome letter to his mother. Little Boy Blue analyzes the letter and tracks Ronnie to the circus. With the help of the Blue Boys, Tommy rescues Ronnie and forces the acrobats to confess. Ronnie returns home where his mother becomes more lenient and allows him to play with his friends.
