Synopsis:
Happy Terrill saves young Timothy Marshwood from drowning. Tim explains that he has inherited his father's estate after an apparent suicide. However, his uncle is trying to steal the estate unless Tim can raise 500,000 dollars. The Ray discovers that Tim now owns a gold mine, believed to be empty. The Ray finds gold in the mine and Uncle Jud's men protecting it. Ray finds a man willing to buy a share of the mine to cover Tim's debt. Jud then tries to kill Tim, but the Ray arrives in time to save him. Tim's place as owner of the estate is then secure.
