Synopsis:
The Ray investigates a series of sinking ships. He suspects dock commissioner Jennings is involved. By following the commissioner, the Ray is able to learn that a musician named Stradivous is using hypnotic radio waves to control the crews of the ships. The Ray saves a ship loaded with gold from crashing. Then he returns to shore and defeats the crooks, destroying their radio wave machine in the process.
