Synopsis:
After a bank vault is robbed in a European village, strange footprints are discovered in a tunnel under the bank. Mark Merlin is touring the area and is approached to assist on the case. Mark discovers two giant aliens that have landed on a nearby island. They are searching for their missing child. Mark deduces that a criminal used the child to dig the tunnel and rob the bank. After the child is found, it is able to identify the crook when the townspeople are gathered together. Mark forces him to confess, then the aliens leave Earth.
