Comments:
This story shows two different simulated futures: one where the Axis defeat the Allies and one where the Allies triumph.

Synopsis:
Batman and Robin visit a university where they ask the professors about the future. One professor tells them what life would be like if the Allies lost World War II. Americans would be placed in concentration camps, while Nazis looted the cities. Batman and Robin aid the prisoners and stage a rescue. However, the people are forced to live on the run in the mountains, while Batman and Robin are executed.

Another professor tells of a future where the Allies stay strong. They triumph over the Axis. Batman and Robin help to stop a combined attack on Gotham City. After winning the war, freedom and peace reign.

After hearing both tales, Batman and Robin pledge their support to the war effort. They buy war bonds and encourage everyone else to do their part to win the war.
