Synopsis:
A clown puppet on a pogo stick steals the secret plans to the Z-25, a new fighter plane designed by Ferris Aircraft Company. Green Lantern follows the puppet to a house on the seashore. The plans are delivered to a ring of spies inside. The house is protected by a form a deadly yellow radiation, so GL can't safely enter. To protect himself, GL turns himself into a robot, immune to radiation. The spies still defeat him by trapping him between two magnets.

After the spies leave, GL figures a way out of the trap and escapes. He turns himself back into a human, then tracks down the spies. He turns them over to authorities along with evidence to convict them. The Z-25 plans are returned to Carol Ferris.
