Synopsis:
A biker calling himself the Horseman begins searching Seattle strip clubs for a girl named Dawn. When the staff at the clubs prove to be uncooperative, he starts fights and smashes the clubs. Green Arrow eventually finds the girl that the Horseman is seeking. She has been tied to a cross and murdered. Ollie and the police consider the Horseman the prime suspect.
