Synopsis:
Wing Tai is kidnapped while Rod Gaynor is meeting his friend Walter Morgan. Wing is taken to a slave labor shop run by men in robes. The leader calls himself the White Dragon. Wing scribbles a note to Rod which is found and delivered by a chinese boy. The Whip then locates the labor shop and takes a robe from one of the guards. After taking out the other guards, he confronts the White Dragon. The slave boss is unmasked and revealed as Rod's friend Morgan. Rod then completes his rescue of Wing and the other slaves.
