Synopsis:
A construction foreman approaches Marisa Dillon concerning a suspicion that the owner of his company Mr. Libby has used faulty material in a recently built apartment building. Libby tries to kill Magill the foreman, but the Whip saves him. The Whip then helps Magill fake his death to convince Libby to stop his attacks. He also asks Marisa to print a newspaper story about the construction scandal. When Libby goes after Marisa, Magill and the Whip are able to stop him. Libby falls out a window in the ensuing fight and is killed.
