Synopsis:
The Penguin is paroled from prison and tries to enter the penguin as a state bird in a Birdlovers' Society. When the members mock him, the Penguin vows to get revenge. He begins robbing the members of the club using crimes based on the state birds from each member's home state.
Batman and Robin try to stop the Penguin, but he gets away several times. The heroes split up to guard different club members. Robin is captured when the Penguin steals from Morley Kells. When he is later confronted by Batman at an organ manufacturing plant, the Penguin uses the Boy Wonder as a hostage. Batman is able to stop the crook anyway with the aid of a giant organ.
