Synopsis:
Tommy Rogers is kidnapped by members of a pinball racket in order to force his father, the District Attorney, to lay off their operations. Tommy is too much for the gang to handle and escapes. He returns later with his partners the Blue Boys to defeat the gang including their leader Quincy Winbetter.
