Synopsis:
Tommy and the boys want to track down Monk Healy and his gang, but they are forced to stay home and babysit the mischievous Clarence Bates. The boys lock themselves in Tommy's room, then sneak out the window, but Clarence sees them in their costumes. Clarence thinks they are only pretending to be the Blue Boys, so he rats them out to Healy. The Blue Boys are then forced to make their fight with the crooks look accidental to protect their secret from Clarence. The crooks are then turned over to the district attorney with Clarence taking credit for their capture.
